2. Check The Volunteer Calendar |

PLEASE check the volunteer calendar for best times to volunteer, we will give priority to those who fit in when volunteers are needed most. |
3. Minimum Volunteer Duration is 3 months |

We are very lucky to receive many applications for our volunteer placements. Due to this we must be very strict on the duration of placements. We will only accept placements that are for 3 months or longer as this provides the best support for our work and for the children. |
4. Early Submission of Volunteer applications |

Please make sure applications are done well in advance (especially if you need to apply for a police check). Places can fill up a year in advance. |
5. Volunteer Deposit of £50 for volunteer placements |

Please make the £50 payment only after we
have confirmed the offer of a place.

6. Confirmation of Volunteer Placement |

We can only confirm placements if a deposit has been given, a valid police check has been submitted and that the volunteer has definite dates and can commit to a minimum of 3 months. Please help us with all of these and it will help us provide a good service to volunteers and the children alike. |

Please make sure the email address is correct before sending the form in. If you do not receive a copy of the application then the email hasn't worked, and we will not be able to contact you. We have had a few recently that we have not been able to contact as their email addresses have not worked. Also please use the same email address while you communicate with us otherwise it becomes very confusing. |
